Location
The flat adjoins Hampstead Heath and is a short walk to Hampstead Heath Underground. "The Heath" is a large, ancient London park, covering 320 hectares (790 acres). This grassy public space and sits astride a sandy ridge, one of the highest points in London, running from Hampstead to Highgate. The Heath is rambling and hilly, embracing ponds, recent and ancient woodlands, a lido, playgrounds, and a training track. The South East part of the Heath is Parliament Hill, whose view over London is protected by law.
Facilities
Large well appointed three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, ensuite guest bathroom and guest bathroom down stairs. The property has a large garden with its' own gate onto Hampstead Heath. Two of the bedrooms look over the garden onto the heath and the third has a bay window that overlooks the very leafy Tanza Rd. Two of the bedrooms have their own open fire places. Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge, kitchen & dining conservatory area. The comprehensive kitchen includes a double oven, indoor BBQ & steamer. The lounge area also has a functioning open fireplace. All tiled floors (bathrooms & conservatory) have underfloor heating. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry room. For free time and entertaining there is a conservatory with lots of sun and views to the garden and two patios in the garden including outdoor furniture. Entrance to the apartment is a separate side entrance of a large Victorian semi-detached house.
