The vibrant location and fantastic transport links from Earl's court underground station with the benefit of being in a close proximity to the West End. Excellently located within minutes of the Museums and the entertainments.
Facilities
Large apartment on the sixth floor overlooking the Chelsea Bridge and river Thames. Two lifts either side of the block available for the guests to use. Battersea Park and the historical building used as the Battersea power station are on the opposite side of the river. The location is ideal for walking or bicycling for site seeing. Out side the apartment along Grosvenor road there are bicycles for hire and can be left in other location at the destination point. For elderly guests the bus out side the apartment number 24 is ideal transport for site seeing and available every 5 minutes. Shoping for food and groceries are available on the TESCO express 7 days a week and 12 hours per day situated along Lupus street 5 minutes walk.
Special features
This Central London apartment is on the 6th Floor of a block of 9 Floors and two lifts on either side of the block. Front and Back of the apartment have the river view and all rooms and living room also have the view of the river. Bars, shops and restaurants can be found along Lupus Street, in the Moreton Triangle and on Sussex Street and Churton Street. Also a guest from USA recommended that the quality restaurant in No 94 Grosvenor Road and Claverton Street corner called Pomegranates is one of the best in town, by the Tate Britain, the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames and the public St Georges Square are all within walking distance, Batersia Park is across the river 5 minutes walk. Transport is provided by both Pimlico underground station and Victoria mainline and underground stations. Bus route 24 starts every 5 minutes out side the apartment will take you to the heart of city and passes through most tourist attraction spots.
General Information
There is a double sized inflatable mattress and a single sized mattress with electric pump that can be used if there are six staying in the apartment. This can be laid down in the double bedroom or in the Living room. TV comes with 40 additional channels. Free wired internet facility. Car parking is available outside the apartment. Weekly passes can be prearranged and cost as little as £3.90. The normal daily charge is £3.90. The apartment falls in to the congestion charge area of the city of London.

*Bookings less than seven days require cleaning charges of £75 per bookings and payable at the time of booking.
* Bookings more than two weeks are given a 10% discount.
* Long term bookings are accepted and special rates are available.
