Our holiday flat is in the heart of bustling London in Southwark, SE1 Near London Bridge.

Tescos 200m and other small shops.

Direct in front of the door of the holiday property is Bus Nr. 1 with which you can reach the city centre in less than 10 min. day and night to
Oxford Street/Tottenham Court Road.

There is also bus stop Alscot Road before the door and from there Bus 78 goes to Shoreditch/Hoxton a culture centre with lots of small bars and friendly restaurants.
Facilities
The apartment has a foyer, livingroom a bedroom and a bathroom and includes a washing machine and clothes dryer. It is comfortable and modern with new furnishings.

Our holiday house is on the 2. floor of a building with 6 other apartments and includes a common garten.
Special features
Our holiday apartment is for 1 or 2 people. The apartment is in the middle of London just a few minutes from London Bridge and from Tower Bridge. The apartment is a perfect location for shopping and visiting. Learn to speak english by visiting museums, art galleries and theatres just around the corner. The bus and underground connections are just outside the door.

Long let preferred, there is a 10 % discount for stays longer than 14 days.

100 GBP deposit will be returned after stay if everything is in order and nothing is broken.

50 GBP for final cleaning.

If you stay longer than a week you may do the washing and cleaning in the apartment yourself for a return of the 50 GPB.

Upon booking of the holiday apartment you must pay 30% of the entire fee, the rest is to be paid 3 months before arrival. You may pay with PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
