Glenthurston & The Croft London self catering accommodation are situated to the South East of the Centre of London.
We are in zone 3 in a residential area, a 5 minute walk from the train stations.
Trains run every 15 minutes during the day starting at 05:31am and finishing at 11:53pm.

Complete kitchen with all utilities, adjacent dining area and sitting area, tv and cozy lounge chairs. The apartment has its own entrance from the drive and direct access to the garden patio with table and chairs.

The beds in the master bedroom are from the Savoy Hotel and can be made up as 2 singles or a very large double and there is an ensuite shower and toilet.

Glenthurston and The Croft are 2 adjoining detached victorian houses.

The houses have joined gardens to provide an unusually large site for self catering in London. As a result we are able to offer on site parking for 10 cars on 2 drives, 2 large gardens, laundry, heated indoor pool, sauna, and a communal lounge. Family friendly accommodation in London.

1. Prices for London self catering accommodation are subject to change. Price at date of booking will stand.

2. For bookings made more than 2 weeks before arrival date a deposit of 25% of agreed rental is due to secure the booking and should be sent with booking form. Submitting the booking form authorises us to charge your credit card.

3. For bookings made less than 2 weeks before arrival date the total amount is due. The security deposit of 100GBP is due with the balance. This is retuned after the apartment is checked. Deductions will be made for breakages, damages and for any excessive cleaning.

4. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation must be made in writing 2 weeks before arrival date. After that all balances are payable.

5. Apartments are available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.

6. Only members of your party as shown on the booking form may occupy the apartment

7. The apartment is to be kept in good order and left clean and tidy on vacating. Any breakages should be reported immediately.

8. All linen and towels are provided. Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost, please order before arrival.

9. Any complaint should be reported to the owners immediately.

10. The owners and employees of Glenthurston shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to your property or person, however caused.

11. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for London short stay accommodation, and to cancel in the unlikely event of the apartment becoming unavailable through any event outside of our control, subject to a full refund of any monies paid. Also the option to transfer to another apartment at no extra cost.

12. In the event of any unresolved dispute between the parties it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the English Courts only and shall be governed by English Law and interpretation.
