Paddington is situated in the west end of central London. It is one of London's major train stations with British Rail and Underground connections. It is home to the Heathrow Express linking it to Heathrow Airport in 15 min. For a day of relaxation and luxury In 40 min travel by Rail to Bath one can explore the Roman Baths and Spa. Hyde Park is 5 min walk away as well as Little Venice, Paddington basin and St Mary's Hospital. There are many hotels in the area, restaurants, wine bars, pubs, supermarkets (Tesco- Sainsbury's- Marks & Spencer- Waitrose). Oxford circus and Notting Hill Gate can be reached in 20 min by a walk through Hyde Park or in 5 min by Underground.

End of tenancy cleaning: £50
(Although we do not expect the apartment to be professionally cleaned on vacation,
we expect the apartment to be left reasonable clean so not to avoid higher charges).

Cancellations & deposits

*The reservation fee of £200 +fee via papal is non refundable within one month of your arrival date.
It is however transferable within the booking period: either through yourself or via ourselves if possible.

*The £200 (250 Euro) security deposit will refunded in full provided no damages are recorded; any recorded damage would be deducted accordingly.

*Check-in and check-out times.
Check-in time are flexible and agreed at time of booking.
Check-out time would have to be 11 am as we have to prepare the room for our next guests.
We could make arrangements for luggage storage should you need to leave at a later time.
