The house is very well situated for the Olympic events of 2012, in Hammersmith and Fulham, near Kensington Olympia and Shephard's Bush. The closeste tube stop is Hammersmith.

The ground floor comprises three bedrooms, (one double and two singles) and a new bathroom with shower/ shaver socket and washing machine. The first floor comprises a fourth bedroom, with a double bed and its own basin and a large bright L-shaped living area with windows to the front and back of the house. At one end of the room is a well equipped kitchen. On the top floor is a self-contained double bedroom with a second bathroom en-suite. There is a fireplace for cold winter days and deck and garden for summer months.
