- 5% discount for lets of 1 month or longer!
- A 20% deposit is payable within 48 hours of confirmation of the booking with the balance payable 2 months prior to the start of the let.
- A £500 security deposit is payable, which will be refunded at the end of the let, minus the cost of any damage or out of the ordinary cleaning that may be required.
- An additional £100 fee is added to the daily rate for every day the let is less than 7 days.
