The masionette is a 5 minute walk from the Southfields Distirct Line Underground Station which connects you easily with the rest of London and all that it has to offer. A very regular bus route to Clapham Junction rail line, Putney Richmond & Wimbledon. It is close to a useful selection of shops, pubs & restaurants,

The house is completly furnished and the kitchen contains all the required modern utensils, cooking and washing facilities. Linen and Towels included, fireplace, TV, DVD, radio, WIFI. No pets allowed, child friendly. Playing football in the communal gardens and the playing of loud music or a musical instruments are NOT allowed in the maisonette.

In the neighbourhood you will find Wimbledon Park (public tennis courts, boating lake), Wimbledon Common (horseriding), the world famous All England Lawn & Tennis Club & its museum, the lovely Wimbledon village with its great selection of boutiques, pubs & restaurants & Wimbledon town centre with its cinemas, theatre & shops.

For extra nights, charge £125 per day. Please note the property will be professionally cleaned and linen is prepared and organized for your arrival. Guests are expected to leave the house in a similar condition as it was on arrival.
On agreeing a booking we will ask you to complete a booking form and pay 30% of the booking's value in order to secure the booking. Full balance is due EIGHT WEEKS before your arrival date and we reserve the right to re-let the house if the balance is not paid by this date. On receipt of this payment we will send your ARRIVAL INFORMATION with details of and who to contact to obtain keys etc.If paying by credit card, please add a 2% credit card fee - debit cards or cheques are free-of-charge.
We also ask for a security deposit of £100 against damage and leaving the house in an unacceptable state. This is payable with the final balance. This will be returned one week after your departure less any deductions due. Any additional cleaning time to clean up unusual mess that one would not normally leave behind in one's own house will be charged at GBP 10 / hour and taken off the security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: If Tenant terminates this contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs (excluding cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible:
- up to 49 days before rental period: 10 % of rental price
- up to 35 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
- up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price
- up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental price
- Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price.

The Advertiser can thereafter let the property to someone else.
