All our properties are in Central London and Zone 1 of the London Underground system, with excellent transport links. Goodge Street Underground stop is around the corner. Many attractions are within walking distance, or a short bus ride and the streets are lined with cinimas and shopping possibilities.

Janet Poole House offers studios suitable for one, two or three people. A terrific option for those on a budget who do not want to compromise on location, the majority of these studios offer private kitchens and bathrooms and make an economic alternative to a hotel room, whether for long or short term stays.

Shared laundry facilities at no extra cost, towel and linen change for stays longer than 7 days.

Flats are cleaned once weekly by our in-house staff.

In addition to a guest lounge which hosts TV, we have a small courtyard which offers a peaceful escape.
Wireless Internet access is available for a low extra fee.
Please note this property does not have a lift.

PAYMENT:
Full payment must be received six weeks prior to arrival date.
If payment is not received Acorn on the due date, Acorn reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately upon notice.
For bookings made less than 21 days prior to arrival, payment can only be made by card or bank transfer.
Payments will be automatically taken by Acorn using credit card details provided on booking form unless we are specifically instructed otherwise at lease 3 working days prior to due date.
Invoices paid by credit card will be subject to a 3% surcharge on all transactions including the deposit. Alternatively, if paying via the bank, please add £20.00 to cover bank charges.

DAMAGE/LOST KEY DEPOSIT
We require £300 GBP deposit either in cash, cleared funds or credit/debit card, as damage deposit. If taken by cash or cleared funds, your deposit will be returned to you within 14 days, if taken by card, it is only a preauthorisation on funds.
There are no charges, unless:
The conditions relating to reservations, payment and cancellation are not respected.
If keys are lost or unreasonable damage is caused
